Honeyed florals. A fragrant finish.
The first thing you notice is the aroma—honeyed orchid with a hint of ripe fruit. We chose this oolong because that floral character stays with the tea when milk joins the cup. Fragrant and rounded, it’s a milk tea to linger over, from the first sip to the last little bit of ice.

We’ve chosen a specific grind for each of our eight teas, testing and tasting along the way to find what works best for each one in milk tea.
We do the grinding. You find your favorite.
Make your cup
Pour 1 tea shot (6g) into a 1-cup basket. Distribute the tea evenly and level the surface.
Pull about 140g of tea, add about 180g of milk, then add ice. Start with one packet of sugar or one sachet of Splenda, and adjust to taste.
Stir well to mix the tea, milk, and sweetener. Sip and enjoy.
