This website is operated by CHAURA TEA LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order.

Our tea & your setup

chaura tasting kits contain real ground tea in individually measured portions. Espresso machines, baskets, milk, ice, and sweeteners are not included. Packaging designs are identified as designs; tasting notes describe our experience of aroma and flavor.

Our brewing guide is based on our testing and is not a promise of compatibility with every machine. Check your machine’s instructions and permitted ingredients before use, and follow its pressure-release and cleaning procedures. See what you’ll need.

Prices, payment & orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product availability and applicable discounts, shipping, and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Promotional codes are subject to the eligibility and combination rules displayed with the offer.

Checkout and customer accounts are provided through Shopify. Give us accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order and keep you informed. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

If an availability or pricing error affects your order, we’ll contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we’ll cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated shipping charges.

Preorders, shipping & refunds

Preorders are paid in full when you check out. Estimated dispatch dates are stated on the product and checkout journey; delivery takes additional time after dispatch.

Our shipping and returns policy explains current shipping costs, preorder updates, cancellations, and how to get help if something is wrong with your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Our name, logo, original writing, and designs belong to CHAURA TEA LLC or their respective owners. Contact us before using them commercially.

Links to services such as Shopify accounts and checkout take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our products and services change. The date on this page shows the latest version. Updates won’t remove the purchase rights or commitments that applied when you placed an existing order.
