First batch · Preorder
First-batch kits are expected to begin shipping from the U.S. on December 1, 2026. Delivery time is additional.
Payment is collected in full at checkout.

We currently offer Standard shipping to the United States. The available delivery option and final cost are shown before you pay. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
The dispatch date is when shipping is expected to begin, not an arrival date. Carrier transit time is additional. We’ll email your shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships.
While your preorder is being prepared
Your order confirmation email includes an order status link. You can also sign in to view your orders with the email you used at checkout. You don’t need to create an account before ordering.
If the shipping date changes, we’ll email you with an updated estimate and the choice to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Need to cancel or change something?
You can cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund. Email support@getchaura.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
For an address or order change, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll check whether the change can still be made before dispatch.
Something isn’t right?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging help us understand what happened. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For other return requests, contact us before sending tea back. We’ll review your request and explain the available options and any return instructions. Please don’t mail products to our registered agent.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when a processed refund appears in your account.
Offers & final totals
Use FIRSTCUP30 at checkout for 30% off tasting kits. The code applies to tasting kits, not 100g refills, and can be combined with eligible free shipping. Other product or order discounts cannot be combined with it.
Our website displays regular prices in U.S. dollars. Discounts, shipping, and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout before payment.
